Here Are Walmart's Easter Hours, Just in Case You Need to Buy the Essentials

Even though your Easter festivities may be scaled back this year, it’s still an occasion worth celebrating with loved ones. And if you find yourself in need of some ingredients for your Easter brunch or last-minute Easter basket fillers, then Walmart has you covered. Just like years past, Walmart will stay open on Easter Sunday.

As a response to the rapidly evolving coronavirus outbreak, Walmart adjusted store hours to ensure that all locations are sanitized, safe, and well-stocked for customers and associates alike. On Easter Sunday and beyond, all stores and neighborhood markets are open from 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. From now through April 28, stores will open one hour early on Tuesdays for seniors and at-risk customers to shop safely.

Before you head out to the store to pick up another egg dyeing kit or bag of Easter candy, keep in mind that the White House recently advised people to avoid trips to the grocery store and pharmacy in the coming weeks as COVID-19 peaks in states across the country. While grocery delivery and curbside pickup are recommended by officials, anyone heading to the store should practice social distancing and proper hygiene, and wear a face covering.

Come Sunday, if you want to serve a holiday feast to remember, consider ordering Easter dinner delivery or to-go meals from popular chain restaurants like Cracker Barrel and Boston Market. That way, you can do your part to keep everyone safe, healthy, and well-fed while practicing social distancing.
